Gomphrena ‘Las Vegas Mix’

Certified 'Flameproof Plant,' named by the Dallas Arboretum for top performance in extreme heat, and designated 'Best of the Best' by the nationally acclaimed Trial Gardens at the University of Georgia. Dozens of brightly colored globes dance on 18 in. stems from July to September. The showy flower bracts appear in shades of electric plum, light pink, and pure white and cover the 18 to 20 in. wide mounds. Gomphrena attracts butterflies and hummingbirds, and makes long-lasting fresh-cut flowers which retain their color when dried. Grow in containers and sunny borders.
